Carpaydiem Co., Ltd. respects the personality and dignity of all individuals—including job applicants and participants in company information sessions, internships, workplace experience programs, alumni visits, and other job-seeking activities.
The Company does not tolerate sexual harassment in any form during recruitment and related activities.
Officers and employees of the Company shall not engage in conduct toward job seekers or other participants that involves unwelcome sexual remarks or behavior, or any other actions that impede job-seeking activities or cause discomfort or anxiety.
For example, the following actions are prohibited:
・Asking questions about sexual matters or experiences
・Asking unnecessary questions about romantic relationships, marriage, dating, etc.
・Making sexual jokes, teasing, or comments
・Making unnecessary physical contact
・Persistently soliciting meals, drinks, or personal social engagements
・Using one’s position in the hiring process to seek a personal relationship
・Requesting contact via personal social media or similar channels when not required for work
・Sending sexual images, videos, messages, etc.
・Any other conduct that causes the other person sexual discomfort or anxiety
To ensure that job seekers and others can participate in recruitment activities with peace of mind, the Company generally adheres to the following rules:
・Interviews and meetings will be conducted at locations designated or approved by the Company, or via online platforms.
・As a general rule, meetings will not be held in private locations that are unnecessary for the recruitment screening process.
・Communication with job seekers and others will generally be conducted using methods designated or approved by the Company.
・We will not request the exchange of personal social media account details or similar information that is unnecessary for the recruitment screening process.
・We will not ask questions regarding sexual or private matters unrelated to the recruitment screening process.
・We will inform and educate recruiters and other employees regarding appropriate conduct during recruitment activities.
If you encounter any behavior or remarks that you find offensive or inappropriate during recruitment activities, company information sessions, internships, visits with alumni, or other job-seeking activities related to our company, please contact our consultation office. We will properly protect the privacy of anyone seeking consultation. Furthermore, no disadvantageous treatment—whether in the recruitment selection process or otherwise—will be imposed on individuals for seeking consultation or cooperating with fact-finding inquiries.
